AI Debate Room
A live stream on Twitch and YouTube where three AI models debated each other, each with its own voice and animated character. Viewers chose the topics: free via chat, or with priority through a small donation. Donations raised a heat meter, and the hotter it got, the harder the AIs argued.
511debates
3,427debate turns

6months live
How it worked
- Viewers submitted a topic in chat or on the website; a moderation step filtered it.
- Three language models took turns arguing, voiced by text to speech, on a stream layout built in the browser and broadcast with OBS.
- Emma, an AI chat host, welcomed viewers and announced each debate in Twitch, YouTube and Discord chat.
- Every debate was recorded automatically as a landscape video and a vertical short.
Why it stopped
The stream ran from February to July 2026. Running a live, always on AI show turned out to cost more in hosting and voice generation than it brought in, so the project is now archived. The idea and the technology live on in newer projects.
